Marga is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This page outlines how users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data collected through the Marga mobile application.
What Data Do We Collect?
If you use our service, we may collect and store the following types of personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Weight and height
- Profile photo
- Basic health information
- Device and usage information (e.g., IP address, OS version, app configuration)
We use this information solely to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data except with third-party service providers essential to our operations (e.g., Firebase, Google Play Services).
How to Delete Your Account and Data
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data using one of the following methods:
1. By Email
Send an email to info@margawellness.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Any other identifying details to help us locate your account
We will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete data deletion within 7 business days.
2. Through the App
If you’re using the latest version of the Marga app, you may find a delete option under:
Profile > Settings > Delete My Account
Data Retention
We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Upon confirmation of your request, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems and associated third-party platforms.
Children’s Data
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you believe we may have collected such data, please email info@margawellness.com and we will delete it immediately.
